Công trình được tổ chức theo cấu trúc hợp khối – gom toàn bộ chức năng liên cơ quan vào một khối thống nhất, rõ ràng, dễ vận hành.
The building follows a unified massing strategy – consolidating all governmental departments into one clear, coherent volume for optimal efficiency and operation.
NGÔN NGỮ KIẾN TRÚC / ARCHITECTURAL LANGUAGE
Hình khối tối giản, đường nét dứt khoát. Tỷ lệ mặt đứng và lớp lam chắn nắng được tính toán để kiểm soát vi khí hậu, đồng thời tạo chiều sâu hình khối mà không cần trang trí.
The volume is minimal, the geometry precise. Façade proportions and sun-shading systems are carefully balanced to regulate the microclimate and add spatial depth without ornamentation.
VẬT LIỆU / MATERIALITY
Tường gạch không nung, kính tỉ lệ 50%, lam bê tông, sàn đá granite. Mái tích hợp năng lượng mặt trời.
Walls use non-fired bricks, 50% glazing, concrete louvres, and granite floors. Rooftop integrated with solar panels for sustainable energy use.
KHÔNG GIAN CÔNG CỘNG / PUBLIC SPACE
Hơn 50% diện tích khu đất là cây xanh và sân mở. Rào chắn được thay bằng lớp cây xanh mềm – giảm ranh giới giữa công quyền và cộng đồng.
Over 50% of the site is green or open space. Fences are replaced by green buffers, softening the boundary between governance and the public.
The project were in short list of the competition.
